I found a tool for Mac-Users but unfortunately I can´t understand the explanation
It´s written in Spanish or Portuguese
Empecemos con Rapidshare, con este truco lo ?nico que haremos ser? cambiar nuestra direcci?n MAC y as? generaremos otra IP consiguiendo as? enga?ar a Rapidshare.
1.- Descargamos el programa MacAddressChanger (Download)
2.- Abrimos el programa y veremos nuestra MAC actual, ahi deberemos escribir una nueva, no es necesario cambiarla toda, bastar? con los 2 ?ltimos n?meros.
Por ejemplo si nos aparece 00 11 D8 0E 40 B1 podr?amos cambiarla por: 00 11 D8 0E 40 A4. Recuerden que una vez que se hayan acabado el l?mite de Rapidshare ser? necesario volverla a cambiar.
3.- Una vez introducida nuesta nueva MAC, le damos click al bot?n ‘Change MAC ID‘ nos desconectar? del internet por no m?s de 30 segundos y listo! podremos descargar otro archivo!

I don´t know whether any of this Tools are working, I only checked if any of them have a Virus/Spyware and it seems that they´re clean.
